I am unable to install the new version of MatLab 2014a. I had the previous prerelease and my error file is below. I currently have no functioning copy of matlab! HELP!

The other solution that you commented on is correct. The directory that you have to remove will look like:
C:\Users\[yourusername]\Downloads\MathWorks\R2014a
Delete the whole MathWorks directory.
